I’ve never done one of these but this happens every time I do drive through in New Haven (yes, I should’ve known and looked before leaving but it was snowing). Ordered 7 items, 5 in the bag when I got home. I’ll add I asked for extra sauce and got next to none. I’m sorry but do some corrective action measures to count to 7 at least.

One of the worst experiences I’ve had at a Taco Bell. My wife and I were passing through on our way to South Bend, and decided to get dinner at this location. My Nacho Bell Grande was terrible. The chips were really hard, everything tasted like it had been reheated. My wife’s Crunchwrap was absolutely PACKED with tomatoes. I don’t know if the staff did that as a joke or what. She couldn’t even get through half of it. Really disappointed with this visit.
Touching on customer service, I thanked the young lady that handed me our food as she slammed our bag on the counter and she completely ignored me. You couldn’t pay me to revisit this location. You’re better off choosing another option, because you’ll waste your money here. Do better, Taco Bell 🤦🏼♂️

This Taco Bell is the highest priced Taco Bell I’ve ever seen. We are talking about a 6 dollar box turned into a 10 dollar box all because of new ownership. I’ll drive to the next closest Taco Bell to save 5+ dollars on a meal for 1.

Having vowed I would never return here a few backs after multiple bad experiences I gave it a go today. Sadly nothing changed. This is one of the worst ran/managed fast food places I’ve been. While I waited the 19 minutes to get my two chalupas and one taco, I witnessed multiple people come back in or from the drive thru with incomplete or entirely wrong order all together. I will never visit here again and recommend you don’t as well. I would give zero stars if possible.
Absolutely a positive experience I had at a Taco Bell, wow lol. My food was so delicious and fresh. The employees on the late night shift were so nice. And they didn’t mind me sitting in to eat. They all deserve an appreciation token from the head!

Ok, so this is the worst taco bell I have ever been to. The frontline/drive-thru attendant, apparently only gives a damn about his friend's that were standing at the counter. I ordered 2 cheesy bean and rice burritos. I have been here 15 minutes and they have only had 1 car make it past the window in drive thru. And I am still waiting on those burritos.
