Winner's Circle Race Sports Pub - New Haven

Located on the outskirts of New Haven here is this huge hidden gem! Where you can eat and play. Gambling is easy and never overcrowded. The food is delicious with huge portions! Our waitress Chasity was amazing. Very friendly, helpful and on time with the drinks and food! Can't wait to try the rest of the menu.

Drive 45 min to find out it was closed. I checked online, I called, and checked the hours of operation on the door. All said it would be open. This happened twice this week and it’s ridiculous. They don’t answer their phone. They don’t update their hours and they close when they feel like it. How can you run a business when nobody knows when you’re open?

Yes, it's a pair of paramutual betting place but it's a great restaurant just on its own. You get a lot of food and it's cooked very well. It's more like high-end bar food but very good

Stopped in on 6/19/24 around 630pm-7pm. Took awhile for bartender to acknowledge I was there, when she did she was semi friendly in her approach. All was well until I waited over 25 minutes to be asked if a would like another drink to which I replied I would have shortly after it was empty but not after waiting all this time for service and asked for my bill. The bartender wasn't sympathetic to her lack of attentiveness and simply replied "ok". She placed my bill on the bar and I placed cash and waited for my change. When placing my change on the bar she again missed an opportunity to help out the situation by apologizing and sending us off with a "have a good day". Instead it was dead silence.
Side note- there were more employees on duty than patrons in the establishment. Do better next time!

This place would be a lot better if they could step it up in the kitchen and get better service. The atmosphere is amazing to watch sports, but the food is not so great and the service is subpar at best.

Non smoking now! Such a relief made my time there so much more enjoyable.

It's been awhile since we been in here but their menu has shrunk considerably. The food was okay but not much to offer on the menu. Probably a good place for betting but not necessarily for eating.

Very entertaining
