The drinks are good. I order quite a few times a week the same drink. However, I went in today and three baristas could not make my drink. When I tried the drink and complained, they did not offer to make me a new one. I wish they would have just said that they couldn't make it instead of taking my money. I really enjoy this place, but I was irritated that a drink i enjoy getting from this place could not be made by the three people that worked there.

The absolute BEST coffee shop I have ever been to! If I’m ever craving a frappé, I drive from Indy to New Pal just to come here, with no regrets! Flavor is fantastic and service is great. Another added upside- its cheaper than Starbucks!

Not for the strong coffee lovers. Ordered strongest black coffee and it tasted like coffee flavored water. I ended pouring it out and my blood type is coffee so that’s a very rare thing. Wife ordered a specialty drink and could barely taste coffee. Excellent environment and customer service tho.

I’ve been told many times to try this place and finally did for an afternoon pick-me-up. It was AMAZING! I can see what all the rave is about. I ordered an iced “arena record” latte with oatmilk and it was gone within minutes it was so good. The small size was just that - small. The barista who took my order and made my drink was kind and helpful (everything I want in a customer experience)! I will recommend this establishment to everyone I meet!

This is a great local coffee shop. Very friendly, attentive and quick. They have so many beverages, coffee, treats, and even ice cream.
Went in for lunch but the teenie boppers working there could not be bothered to look up from their phones, completely ignored me. Glad I can go elsewhere to spend my money.

It's a fantastic local coffee shop. The staff is excellent. The menu is nice, with both sinful and healthy options. There is a drive-thru. The atmosphere is usually quiet, so if you want to park and work/study, it's not overbearing. I prefer giving them my business versus the big chain shop up the road.
