Terrible service. They messed up my order and made me pay to fix it. They act mad when you want your order fixed. I ordered a medium coffee and got a small. We also ordered a hot coffee and cold coffee, only got the cold coffee and then they made me pay for a second cold coffee, while saying the hot coffee was “free” but I paid for 2 cold coffees ?? We also ordered 5 hash browns and got 4 and the manager seemed to not care. So I over paid for food I didn’t receive. I definitely don’t recommend this location.

i’ve been meaning to write a review for this restaurant for awhile now.this is by far the worst mcdonald’s i have ever been to. the only reason i still go is because there are not many places to eat in new pal, and typically fast food is supposed to be “fast” and cheap. however, that is not the case here.the service is so bad. i know they have seemed to be struggling with staff the last couple of years but it is actually ridiculous. some of my friends have talked about how they don’t even come to this mcdonald’s anymore because of how slow they are. i get if there’s a rush it’s hard to keep up with times. but even when there’s not, i’m always there waiting for my food for at like 15 minutes.another thing is they don’t properly give you the right portions. every time me and my boyfriend go we always get a basket of fries and sometimes there’s maybe like a handful, other times it will be overflowing. it’s just ridiculous. and another time i recall, we had both ordered larges and they were filled about halfway. the same thing happened with my flurry but i didn’t say anything because i didn’t want to be “one of those people”. also, a few months back i came in and ordered a latte and it wasn’t filled all the way. that was the same day i was watching them make their sandwiches and the lady wasn’t even wearing gloves.there is one really nice guy that works there, he might be a manager, i don’t know, but that doesn’t really help the fact this place is so awful. someone needs to get it straightened out because they’ve been struggling for years.

we waited 35 minutes for our food. There are girls that are not wearing hair nets or hats working near food, there's girl laughing and picking at their braces as they take orders. When they don't wanna walk out too the lobby because there too lazy they will set your food off too the side and wait for you too come get it. The restraunt is nasty all on general. Floors not mopped. Ketchup all over the lights, not a single table was cleaned. My service was bad and you need too do better!

The night Shift sucks they Never can get ordered right you're back in the drive thur twenty to twenty five minutes Before you get waited on and you ask for no salt fries and They Give saltiest fries
They ALWAYS forget one of my food items!! It's literally a 10/10, they will leave out fries or a burger, or the whole d*M meal! It's really sad, they could be a great fast food place??

Worst restaurant I have ever been to. On numerous occasions, they get everything completely wrong and take forever to get it out. Today was the last straw. I spent my entire lunch break standing in line waiting for my food, all for nothing to come out and no refund to be given. I will never go here again, and I suggest the same of you.

They literally put border hoppers that don’t speak any English at the windows and they can’t get orders correct because they don’t speak the language of this country. And anyone who isn’t a Mexican is I’ve if their 13 year old. They are literally there 12 hours a day and can’t legally work due to age let alone because they’re illegal. Go back to your countries.

This is a typical McDonalds but close to our home. The service is absolutely the slowest you can imagine. It is better during the daytime/workdays not weekends, when adults are working there. They short change the amount of fries you are supposed to get. I was told by one of the kids that worked there that their boss told them to do that to save money. If we had other fast food options, I would go elsewhere for my son.
