Terrible service. They messed up my order and made me pay to fix it. They act mad when you want your order fixed. I ordered a medium coffee and got a small. We also ordered a hot coffee and cold coffee, only got the cold coffee and then they made me pay for a second cold coffee, while saying the hot coffee was “free” but I paid for 2 cold coffees ?? i’ve been meaning to write a review for this restaurant for awhile now.this is by far the worst mcdonald’s i have ever been to. the only reason i still go is because there are not many places to eat in new pal, and typically fast food is supposed to be “fast” and cheap. however, that is not the case here.the service is so bad. i know they have seemed to be struggling with staff the last couple of years but it is actually ridiculous. some of my friends have talked about...read full review

Worst mcdonald's period avoiding like the plague. They have been holding a gun to people in New Palestine for years, as only fast food there, about to change, Taco Bell being built. I am no fan of Mexican food but will choke it down before I ever eat at that McDonald's again.
