I was there at a non-peak time period so the service was prompt and courteous and efficient. I had come away from an annual physical appointment and wanted to have the big breakfast, but arrived just as they were doing the lunch change over. Put on the plus side I got the first batch of fresh french fries, so I didn't miss the hotcakes and sausage too much after that

I had a reward code for free food that I redeemed through the app. I waited over 20 minutes in the drive-thru to place my order. The code had expired in that time, and I was unable to redeem points for another one.It is hit and miss on the speed and accuracy. It seems like this is becoming the norm everywhere now.
