I waited forever even though I was second in line my fries were cold they took them back microwaved them and handed them back at that point I just smiled and waved. The kid working there didn’t understand anything he was doing I had to ask him if he wanted me to pay for the food it was 11.74 I gave him 22 and he insisted three times to give me the two dollars back I explained twice I wanted a 10 back then I finally told him what to give me back. It will certainly encourage you to cook more ugh . ?

Service was very slow. They kept giving each customer different orders than what they asked. Only reason I didn't report the male cashier was he was logged into a different female cashiers account so we couldn't get his name from the receipt. He was very rude and immature. Not paying attention to the front end desk. Listening to music through his headphones
We were in line for a total of 50 minutes no joke there were 2 cars in front of us the first 30 mins we waited for the first car to finally take their order and pull up to the window. The second car was pulled up and no one would answer him so he pulled off, then I pulled up and no one would answer me so I was about to just call the store and ask why they aren't taking orders and just when I was about to hit call they finally said "hold on". Got my order taken, pulled up and waited probably 15 minutes for the guy in front of us to get his food which he had to give back bc they obviously got something wrong and then finally it was our turn. We pull up to the window which is open and hear nothing but laughing and horse playing coming from inside. No one was at the window where I could pay or to apologize for the wait. Then a girl walks up, looks at us then pulls out a bag and puts napkins in it then pulls her phone out and starts playing on it. Keep in mind this entire time no one has said anything to me or taken my money for the food so we just pulled off and went right next door to taco bell and no joke they took our order, we paid and got our food in a matter of 5 mins needless to say we won't be going to the Arby's in newburgh for awhile; if ever again.

Went through the drive thru. Lady that took our order was impatient and rude. Told us to pull forward didn't even tell us the total. Impatiently waiting for us to pay but hadn't even told us how much yet. Then aggressively hands us our food and shuts the window. Not saying a word.Food was ok but not great. My fries look like they were thrown in the bag. The Cheddar and Roast beef had plenty of roast beef but couldn't even see any cheddar.
