The sample platter was a good size, perfect for 4 people. The Garlic Romano seasoning (on my fries) was NOT garlicy at all, I wouldn't get it again, but the fries themselves were good. Will was our server and made sure we got everything we ordered (mine came to the table without the peppers I asked for and he came over to check and noticed before I even did, and corrected it IMMEDIATELY. He was honest when we asked questions about things, checked back often, was on top of refills...read full review

I did a mommy and daughter day here with my toddler, and we had an absolute blast! My biggest tip for other parents is to skip the time cards. I wasn't thinking too much and got distracted by how excited my daughter was, but the time cards don't calculate points or win you any prizes, and they actually lock you out of a bunch of the virtual reality games. Burgh House & Family Entertainment Center is a great spot for a meal before watching a movie or enjoying the arcade. The menu offers a variety of options, with fish and chips, burgers, and pizza all highly recommended. Service is quick and friendly, and the crew here are all very helpful and sweet. The arcade provides entertainment for all ages, and there's also a bowling alley. While some may find the arcade prices a bit high, many appreciate the great prices for bowling and laser tag. The center is considered a highlight attraction in the Evansville/Newburgh area. It is also noted for being convenient since it is attached to the movie theater. While there are some concerns about maintenance and getting equipment in and out for bowlers, the overall experience remains enjoyable. The theater seats were NOT so comfortable, and a soft drink is $7.75 for a 32oz. size. The food can get expensive.
