“Been going to this location for a couple months, they got new management. Got to speak to one of the guys working there, said his name was Steve. Talked to him for probably 15 minutes and he was a very nice gentleman and said the store was getting some new people. He was working very hard to run the whole store professionally. The English speakers there are very good at what they do, and had my pizza ready and on time. ANYONE READING THIS… highly recommend going to this location anytime after 4:30PM. That’s when the lead management is there and they are ALWAYS on top of things and keep the other guys in line. The music is a little loud for my liking, but that’s just nitpicking. The next time I went to get my pizza, Steve recognized me and asked how I was doing. Just a really nice touch to a minor part of my day. I know they are trying their best, ever since the two Indian managers left. So highly recommend this location now, used to be ran by lowlifes, now it is MUCH better. 5 stars from me and my wife.“

“Little hidden gem here! Two pool tables, a jukebox, and plenty of seating for everyone (indoor and outdoor). The best part was getting 3 vodka drinks, 5 jello shots, and 4 tequila shots for only $30! I'm glad I discovered this place. It's super cute!“

“Order our food when I got home. One of the pizzas was wrong . Won't let that happen again . I'll check before I leave. Great customer service Order was made fast it was near closing time and staff was still pleasant and help, and patient with me ordering as I was checking with those at home as to what they wanted on their pizza's. “We ordered 2 10pc boneless wings. We received chicken nuggets with very little BBQ sauce on each. They looked absolutely nothing like what's advertised on the app. We have the same nuggets in our freezer. Will never come back. I have some pics but of course it won't let me upload them.“

“So I walked twenty minutes with my two dogs to the Popeyes in Newburgh. To be greeted by friendly employees. Again I walked there and the employees told me that the dining room was not open due to insufficient staff members. They told me I could go through the drive thru and they would take my order at the window. So I proceeded and they noticed my two dogs. Which in turn they were exceptionally nice to the two dogs more than a person would be. Food and service was way beyond what is required of someone. So hats off to the Newburgh Popeyes staff. Definitely a place to go. And because of your kindness to people and animals. You will always be the first place I recommend.“
