The fries are always cold. Idk why. Service is bad, and they always make you pull up and wait, which means the orders get mixed up when they bring it out and you have to go back through the drive through or go in.
Okay, I know this is McDonald's and it's not fine dining, but I actually love their food. The food tasted great and iconic as always. However my service experience was lacking. The guy giving me the food didn't speak a single word to me, just wordlessly handed me my several bags of food. Fine, whatever dude, I know it's busy and you're not here to make friends. We found that we were missing our straws and dipping sauce right as we pulled out of the driveway...
Be prepared to "Pull Forward" when using the drive-thru at this location..... because you will. What's the point of having 2 ordering lanes if you can't keep up?
