First trip to Newburgh. Friendly staff, nice Starbucks.
My Carmel ribbon crunch this morning was way too sweet. It is usually never that sweet. This is the second time this has happened so I thought the first may have just been a training accident but I’m very curious as to what’s going on in there. Get it together yall. Make it the old way please. The new recipe ain’t it.

Based on the reviews, Starbucks Coffee Company has very sweet Carmel ribbon crunch, and the new recipe is not the old way. The customer service is amazing, with a kind employee offering a cherry foam sample. The drive thru worker was slinging orders, with the next several cars not having to stop. The pumpkin lattes make everyone’s day better, and the best baristas are at this location.
