I love the Newburgh location. It’s quicker than any location I been to. I’ve had the best customer service experience by Natalie!! She realized I order the same coffee every morning through drive thru and had to come meet me. It’s not everyday that a staff member takes a minute from their job to come meet u especially now days. Her kindness makes my mornings sunnier ☺️
Last week, I showed up to this location to pick up 3 coffees that I had ordered. I was in a time crunch, so needless to say, I was stressed when I showed up to find out that I had totally messed up my mobile order. The gal who served me was incredibly kind and helpful in getting my mistake straightened out. I did not catch her name, but she was the barista with shoulder-length blonde hair. They make great drinks but it is frustrating when you are thr ONLY person waiting in thr lobby for your coffee and mobile order after mobile order continue to be put up and nobody is there for pick up but I waited 15 mon for my coffee. ?
