We ordered 2 10pc boneless wings. We received chicken nuggets with very little BBQ sauce on each. They looked absolutely nothing like what's advertised on the app. We have the same nuggets in our freezer. Will never come back. I have some pics but of course it won't let me upload them.
Pizza not cooked line it should be. Under done. Just not good. Skimpy on the toppings especially the cheese. Will NEVER use that location again. Not much more on It PJ’s and this experience reinforced that.
Late as always. Cold food, phantom driver (after a $10 tip). Turoni's is a far better experience. Papa Johns sucks!

Papa Johns Pizza offers hot and fresh food, despite rush times. While service might be affected during busy times, the pizzas ordered were delicious. The restaurant is usually busy, but they always make the pizzas correctly. The breadsticks are a favorite, and the Hawaiian Luau pizza was amazing. The atmosphere is relaxing, and the pure cane root beer and orange cream soda are delicious. No complaints about the good food provided. Customers have been blown away by the contrast in experiences, with speed, cost, accuracy, food quality, food flavor, and service all being top notch. Papa Johns has been delicious and exceeded expectations consistently. There was an issue with being charged twice for an order, but the employee was kind, responsive, and eager to help, providing appreciated customer service. However, there was a complaint about boneless wings looking like chicken nuggets with very little BBQ sauce, not like what is advertised.
