Rivertown Ice Cream and Grill

Got an Oreo razzle and it was fantastic! It didn’t melt within two minutes unlike ice cream served at other places. Simply enjoyable.

Really nice little ice cream shop. This is a local favorite of many people.

Only come here for ice cream and all is good. I see sometimes food service is a little slow so be prepared to wait if that is your desire.

We had the turtle sundea. Very generous portions with soft serve vanilla ice cream and delicious carmel, chocolate, and pecan toppings. What a pleasant atmosphere, outside with other locals sitting, on a nice relaxing summer evening enjoying a cold treat and conversing. It was like a trip back to simpler days. Add to that, it's a great value for the money spent.

Wonderful local ice cream shop! They have all the usual ice cream treats plus grill items. They have EXCELLENT ice cream!

I loved the coconut flavor! Yum!
Also, I can't remember the name, but it was like a bourbon pecan razzle thing. So good! I wish it was there full time! It's definitely a favorite!

The reason for the three stars is due to the large price increase after the business was sold. I honestly think they have too much labor and that is part of the price problems. The food is great and the ice cream is wonderful but now the business is approaching the level of other ice cream shops and thus they are losing that edge of being affordable.

Cute little ice cream shop (they have food too, but we didn’t get any). Good prices! We will be back.

We had a long week. Death of a family member so we were all exhausted. Stopped by to grab ice cream and take a breath with the kids. The service was awesome. We had so many questions and I got to see smilies on my kids faces. Thanks for the awesome visit. Will be back and recommend!

Nice little place to find some soft serve ice cream. They have non-dairy options as well. Dole pineapple whip is fantastic. Lemon is as well.
