They never have appropriate staffing, and machines are always broken. This restaurant needs to shut down if they can't operate properly. I've tried to order just a drink multiple times and have waited over 15 minutes each time and left without my order. I have even tried to order on the app and just pick up my order and same scenario happens. They get my money but I have to leave without my order due to waiting too long.
