Asked me my name & I told her. Not only did she spell it wrong but my drink sit on the counter for about 30mins because she called my name out the way she felt that it should be spelled. There's only 4 letters in my name!
So here’s the thing. I love this Starbucks, but the customer service is hit or miss. I have baristas that know my order and are awesome, but I also have had some not so great experiences too. The location is super convenient and clean.
Every time I decide to quickly stop at this location, I'm in line for 10 minutes. I even ordered ahead today, was quoted 4-7 minutes online, and the order was still not ready until 15 minutes after it was placed.
