They were out of soups and salad!! And the girl that waited on me said “Well we do close at 3!” This was at 2:10. I’ve worked customer service all my life and I’m a nurse at the hospital this Panera is in. And after I received my order other customers came and at 340 she was telling people we close in 5 minutes. Even if you feel like this Panera is more convenient definitely just go to the one on burkhardt. Quality lacks often. I got a strawberry poppyseed salad there today and half the lettuce was brown and they gave me a single ramekin of dressing filled 1/4 of the way. For the whole salad. At least I was at home so I could add my own. But still very disappointed.
