Turoni's Pizzery & Brewery

Though I’ve had several fine experiences at this location, tonight’s was extremely unfavorable. I ordered a house special with no olives or mushrooms & breadsticks (for pickup).

After I got the pizza home, I realized part of the pizza was burnt, and they forgot the pepperoncinis. I called to see if there was anything they could do, and they said I could come back & they’d give me the pepperoncinis; I could also bring back the pizza and they’d remake it or give me a refund. Those were my only choices.

I chose the last option.

This would be where one goes to be robbed in Newburgh. One large carry out pizza should never cost $42. no way, that's insane. I've eaten here before, I know for a fact the pizza ain't that good. Someone is making a killing, here.

I thoroughly enjoy their food & service everytime I eat here, typically once per month. Highly recommend their "house special" pizza and a side of cheesy bread.

we went into Turoni's tonight for my birthday and our server Cameron was AMAZING! My 6 year old was very excited to make a big deal over me and my special day. Cameron went above and beyond. He listened attentively to an excited little boy who kept whispering in his ear ideas on how to surprise me. Even with other tables to attend to, he remained polite and never rushed him. It's hard to put into words how exceptional the service truly was on this particular night especially to a 6 year old little boy and his family.

I love Turonis...but I gotta say our most recent experience was a let down! Two large, two topping pizzas, and one order of cheesy bread... $71!!!!!
The pizza was undercooked a bit. Disappointing to say the least. They'll be on our ban list for awhile.

Came in and waited 5 to 10 before anybody recognized i was even here. Employees/wait staff would rather talk than take care of the customer. Cameron was awesome.

Ordered sausage and pepperoni, picked up, took home to find they forgot the sauce, and overcooked. Thank you, manager Brad, for making it right!

Pizza was poor quality. Called and spoke to the owner. Attitude was basically that they didn’t care about our issue. Blamed it on teen age workers and refused to do anything. Then had nerve to ask us to try them again. Won’t happen.

Complete con artists.Now, alongside serving garbage the manager refuses to remake or refund garbage orders, they even want the sandwich back but no refund... so they'll "give" a future 5$ coupon so this is just a straight up sc from lying managers and owners who are clearly pretty lousy humans for allowing this. The owners and managers should be truly humiliated with what they serve and their behavior. Sad when Domino's can embarrass you and you're supposed to be a step above
