I wanted to love this place SO BAD. It’s in an adorable location, the atmosphere is amazing and don’t get me started on the gorgeous curb appeal!
But the food was just subpar and overpriced, we tried a few sweets and a couple main menu items and we were just not impressed.
Between the old sweets (they were dry and one of them literally crumbled in my hand) and the menu items were horribly bland and greasy, which is a shame, bc this place...

Don't hesitate to try Bica if you are on the fence. What a great place! Food was so flavorful and delicious! Service was great and the options were nice. The dirty chai latte and matcha latte were both good.
