I placed an order for delivery via the BK app. Both of my sandwiches were prepared incorrectly, with items I PAID for being left off. Very disappointed that you took my money, but then didn't give me what I paid for.

When I pulled in (7pm) I thought they was closed because of how dark the parking lot was. I pulled into drive-thru and the young man was very nice, it had much respect and showed great patience, nowadays you can't find that from many people in customer service, its considered to be very rare so I really needed to point this young man out for his customer service, but here it comes.... the food he handed me was not fresh at all, I order cheese tots that barely had any heat to...read full review
