Older building with historic ambiance. Fairly loud as you would expect for a 130 year old building but it made live music in the other room hard to hear on a Saturday evening. Wait staff was very good although we felt fairly rushed. Drinks, Public House Old Fashioned and Blood Orange Cosmo, were refreshing and well done. Salads of Caesar and House came out before our appetizer of shrimp cocktail. Our server was not to be blamed as she was handling multiple tables with most items...
We were greeted promptly. Our waiter also greeted us promptly and brought our drinks. He came back and got our order........ never checked back about drinks. Brought food to table and was gone. We again looked for him for drinks - didn't happen. Food overall was just mediocre. Unfortunately, nothing left me wanting to return.
We had a party of 12 at 4 PM on a Friday. Place was empty when we got there but waitress took forever to come to our table and drinks took even longer to get. We had three meals that were wrong or missing something. I never got my salad and asked for it to be taken off the bill but that didn't happen. We were headed to a concert and with dinner took over two hours, I just paid for it so we could leave. We will not be back.
