They make great drinks including the best London fog I've had. The staff are friendly and actually craft your order. They sell items from other local small businesses. The reason I drive past multiple other coffee shops to get there is the atmosphere. It is cozy. I feel like I'm welcome to stay and enjoy my drink for as long as I'd like.
