I wish I could say it were better. They have a salad bar but not everything is fresh. The fruit was old and fermented both on the salad bar and what they served as a side of fruit. Ordered the tenderloin that they claimed they were famous for but it is an insult to the name. They charged 3 dollars for half a order of fries and to top it all off we had slow service.

I had Juli and she was super sweet! My pancakes were amazing, feels like home cooking for sure. The sweet tea was REAL sweet tea!! never been here before but definitely will come back. thank you ?

It's a nice, old-fashioned diner with an amazing salad bar at a reasonable price. The menu has a good variety of options, all of which sound tasty. The staff was very welcoming and friendly, making the experience enjoyable and relaxed.

First time I have ever been here and i'm gonna say it wasn't bad. I got the fried chicken ($14.99) and it was really good. They have a salad bar but to add it to the meal for $5.99 I didn't think that was worth it. I thought they had a hot salad bar but they didn't. They do have soup on the salad bar. The service was ok. The gal didn't show much interest. We were eating a late late lunch at 3:00pm so there wasn't many people in there but the service we got you'd think they were packed. She was very nice but probably worn out after the lunch rush. The Atmosphere was typical. Nothing too spectacular. If you're thinking about it give it a shot! I will go back if in the area.

Great little places to go. My mother went there years ago and said the food is just as amazing as she remembered. So excited to see a salad bar, that looked so very fresh. Can't wait to go back!!

I have visited Jim Dandy maybe at least once a year for several years. I always loved their cole slaw. The other day I had chicken strips with cole slaw one of my favorite meals there. Very delish...?

Reminds me of old fashion family restaurants when I was a kid. Delicious burgers, chicken, a great salad bar with fresh made soup AND awesome pies. The prices are good and service was quick and friendly.
