I have been to the McAlister’s at Hamilton Town Center twice this month and both times had problems. The first time I had a to-go order with a Caesar salad when I returned to work it had ranch dressing. The second time I waited 15 minutes in line to place my dine-in order but there was no one ringing up except at the to-go stand. To-go people were walking right in and getting served. Ordered on line for pick up, not there when I got there. They think door dash picked it up. They remade it. It was totally wrong. So mad. Never again .
