I got a delivery order this evening. I ordered a tuna salad sandwich and the bread was so hard you could knock on it. It had the feel of a crouton. I then had to drive in to get a replacement which defeats the purpose of having my food delivered. No refund or anything was offered. Also paid more for the food since it was delivery and tipped the driver. This location has been going downhill for months.

The cranberry walnut chicken salad on sourdough was amazing!!!!!! I really enjoyed it. The baked potato soup was ok. It didn’t wow me like that chicken salad sandwich.

Nice place. I always order ahead and they're busy. I'm always concerned someone will take my order as it is usually left out in a box but no one ever has. :)

It took longer than usual to get food. So it was surprising when my soup was luke warm. The Frontega Chicken was also a disappointment . It is my go to sandwich but today there was barely any meat or toppings. It was a thick piece of bread and nothing in the middle. Maybe next time it will be better.

I had never eaten at Panera until this visit. Absolutely the best fast food I have ever eaten. Server was helpful, friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. I ordered the bacon, chicken, ranch sandwich and oh my was it goog!
