I love Papa Johns, but I am finish with this location. I have been going to this Papa Johns for about 10 years, and the quality has significantly decreased over the last year. Examples include pizzas that were not cut, wrong toppings, and waiting over 15 minutes for a pizza that was already out of the oven and cold. If you are wanting to order Papa Johns I suggest looking at the new 146th location.

The Front end people and the managers are amazing here. Even when super busy they always keep you up to date.
The reviews are bad for a reason. The delivery guy is very rude and will toss your food at you instead of handing it to you. I called and told the store manager and he could careless. I tipped on my card and had more cash tip money upon delivery but the driver screwed that up for himself. I am a long time customer and I will never order here again.

It took another 50 minutes after my order was suppose to be ready. No garlic sent, ne cheese sent for breadsticks. The workers could not care less about how long everyone was waiting. 1 of them even had time to go take a break. As I am standing in the lobby with 9 other people waiting for our orders. Terrible service. Won't be back, terrible place to go if your wanting food within the next 1 1/2 hours.

Placed an order through door dash. Dasher showed up about 30 minutes after the order was placed. After letting the dasher wait another 30 minutes (an hour from order being placed) they just cancelled my order. Called them no one will answer the phone. Just close your doors!!!

Website and app were not working for specials. Called customer service and they said could take up to 48 hours. Called the store and they can’t give the special prices in store, only online. Asked them if I could be reimbursed or compensated for having to pay full price and was told no by both the manager of the store and the customer service person. I did everything I could on my side and no one was willing to help. Wanting to save a few dollars should not be this hard!

So the last few times I have been there food is ok. This very last time it gave me stomach issues and also left a rotten oil taste in my mouth and it was bad enough to make me want to gag. Not sure if they checked the items for being expired but I would. I don't think I am eating here anymore. The breadsticks taste ok other than they are super small and not really a breadstick length. I would not eat here if you have sensitive stomach. My family and their stomachs was also affected by the pizza order. Just be aware.

Let me give some of you one star reviewers some advice. There is a thing called right place right time. How many Americans order pizza on a Friday night or weekend night? So you really expect everything to be up to a 5 star standard? You must be a clown. It’s a tough business. And before you try to argue that your order/experience was messed up for other reasons than it being busy, go try to work there on the usual nights you order pizza. Give them a break and order pizza when you know it won’t be busy from them. All these reviews claiming they aren’t what they used to be just never eat pizza for lunch. Go Karen someone else.
