This is my fourth time eating here. my best friend eats here regularly. I felt this time for the first time our server was impatient and he was rude. But the food is always so good! One unprofessional server will not keep me from coming back.
The atmosphere was great and loved the vibes. The food was okay. Definitely not bad. But we sat for over 30 minutes before we were even greeted and offered water/chips. Been here a few times and the wait wasn't long, but if I'm spending $45+ on two people, I'd prefer to go somewhere else.
We love Rio!!! Stefany Brooks know our order as soon as we walk in and knows we have a specific place we like to sit. She is the best!!! But we also love everyone here…so friendly!!!!
