Had to wait only one car in front of me. When i got my drink Carmel Machiatto it tasted awful. No carmel in it and i always ask for extra. Tastes like warm milk. Breakfast sandwich was cold. This store has gone downhill. It is closest to my house but have been avoiding it. They just verified why..

Terrible! The lady that took my order didn’t pay attention at all to what I ordered. They overcharged me for a drink not to mention I told her I was being overcharged she still charged me to begin with I was in line for well over 20-25 mins. I spent nearly $30 and she also got my drink size wrong. When i asked for a manager the entire staff wanted to be nosey and look as if it were their daily entertainment. I asked for their GM’s information waiting on a call back. They all seemed unbothered maybe it’s because of the color of my skin but I will not be back AT ALL !

If someone just wants a simple coffee, you should be in and out.

Horrible. I’ve never in my life waited so long in a Starbucks line. Every time I come to this Starbucks it’s like this.

I had a very uncomfortable experience as a customer due to unprofessional behavior from an employee named Merlin. I overheard him speaking with a male who appeared to be in a supervisory role, and they were talking very negatively about a female worker. The comments were nasty, inappropriate, and included sexist remarks.

In addition, he was very rude to me and to the women in front of me. As a customer, I don’t find this behavior professional or respectful, especially toward women. Hearing this kind of conversation in a public setting was disappointing and left a bad impression of the workplace environment.

I genuinely love this Starbucks and it’s usually a great place to get a drink, but this experience was not okay.

Mister Review

Came in for a tea. Nobody was in line and lot was mostly empty. Did not see the drivethrough menu so I drove to the window. Last told me I had to drive to the menu so that my drink would be ready when I drive around again to window. So, I did, but it was not immediately available as she said it would be. No reason at all to have me drive around like that as nobody else was in line at all. Stupid BS and then want a tip- no thank you. Normalize rejecting tip culture.

I travel regularly and have visited Starbucks all over the country. This Starbucks has the worst drinks out of all of them by far. My order has always been the same, a vente strawberry açaí with water instead of lemonade. I’ve been to this location three times with this order and every time it has been nasty. Today was the last time. My drink was 3/4 of the cup ice and the drink was so weak tasting that it was nasty. Every time I get a drink from here it tastes as though it has half the flavoring it’s supposed to. I will happily drive another 10-15 minutes to get to a different Starbucks than this one. $6 for a drink that is 75% ice and is so weak it tastes already watered down when the ice hasn’t even melted yet, no thank you.

Went in tonight after a hot day to have a nice cool frappe and experience. Walked in to the store and it felt like an oven at max temperature. Not sure what is going on but felt really bad for the baristas as they were clearly hot as well. They should close the store until the HVAC system is fixed as it’s not healthy or safe for the employees. Hoping management does better.

Consistently the slowest Starbucks I've ever been to. They set the bar power and lower each time I go. I am aware that I do it to myself by going back.
