Always amazing people but there was one female in particular, beautiful braids, anyways I haven't seen her since February. She was very friendly and always had a smile on her face. But overall, amazing people.

I always get a venti flat white from different locations. This location has good service at the drive thru but my venti is filled like a grande size just about every time. Please fill it up these drinks are expensive.

I waited in line for 30 minutes in the drive-through I got checked in at the speaker they did not tell me that they were out of what I had ordered and I had to wait another 15 minutes before I got to the window before they told me and drink was coldpaid $5.75 for a cold coffee bad customer service

Visited this location via drive thru. The service was super quick and the stay was very friendly. My drink wasn't quite right but definitely drinkable!

This may be a hot take but I don’t care. IM NOT GIVING YOU A TIP FOR DOING YOUR HOURLY JOB RIGHT! The lady working drive through today handed me the card reader with estimated percents of tips and I opted no tip as it requires 0 skill to put my card in and hand me the coffee. I know these people make hourly pay. If you want a tip go be a waiter/waitress or door dash. And especially do not get an attitude for when people don’t tip. This has ruined big corporations coffee for me and from now on I will make coffee at home or shop local.

I’ll never be back. An employee said welcome in when I walked in the door but after that I was completely ignored. All the attention was in the drive thru. An employee even had time to say goodbye to another employee leaving for the night. But after standing at the register to order for way too long, no one ever offered to take my order so I left….

Don't order Chai from this location, it doesn't taste at all of Chai. Always out of almond and oat milk, and don't tell you until you're at the window and have paid. Total first world problem, i get it, but dairy allergies suck. When they are in stock, the cold non-tea beverages are decent. Twice I've dumped out Chai, literally pouring money down the drain.Dietary restrictions: They have alternatives to dairy milk, sometimes, usually out of stock though.
