I love this place!!! Great service and very patient.
The person that took my order was awesome. I ordered 4 things. Everything was ready in great time except my drink which took over 10 minutes to get and was made incorrectly. I ordered a Grande iced White Chocolate Mocha add a splash of vanilla sweet cream, put in venti cup add extra whip cream and carmel crunch topping. (I've ordered this drink several times at various Starbucks) The amount of drink I got was a tall, not Grande, and they added sweet cold foam instead of a splash...read full review
Generally don’t have a problem with service or orders turning out right. It can get busy and definitely expect at least 30 minutes on a mobile order if you go during the school year before class starts. I did not think about this and had to leave after waiting 25 minutes because I had to get to work…without my coffee 😣Drive through line seems to move a bit quicker but still backed up.

People say the store was very friendly and the guy at the register was super kind and the barista made both a sugar cookie latte iced and hot and both drinks are delicious. The policy said they are to remake another drink if the drink a lot of fruit or was difficult to consume, but a batista did not give another drink. People were mad, threw a drink in the grass, spent over $50 and was upset about messed orders.
