“We came in from out of town with family and I have to admit, this place was amazing! Miki did a wonderful job serving us and the food quality was perfect. We brought our 6 yo daughter and they did a wonderful job by keeping her happy throughout to prevent any unhappy child moments. “We've eaten at this location two times this week. The first time was amazing! I had the best daddy/daughters lunch date with my two daughters. Definitely an experience we will never forget. So we decided to run it back with my wife for dinner. The second time was just as amazing and enjoyable as the first. The staff and manager, Ethan, provided exceptional customer service and the food was on point. Top shelf experience overall!! Thank you so much for a wonderful experience and lasting memories!“

“Cooper and Cow made our evening so special. It was our wedding anniversary, and they even went the "second mile" and delivered my wife's surprise new anniversary band to her at the table. From “Not My Thing” to “My New Obsession”
Okay, so let me be real—I’ve never been a big fan of LongHorn. Not because it was bad, it just never wowed me. But last night? Bay-bee, that all changed.
My husband and I had a sweet tooth, so we swung by for a curbside pickup and ordered three things:
• The Strawberry Shortcake
• The Chocolate Molten Lava Cake
• The Parmesan Crusted Spinach Dip
And let me tell you… that spinach dip nearly caused a friendly marital food fight. It was so creamy, flavorful, and addictive, I found myself racing my husband to finish it first. We were not sharing well.
But the real showstopper?
That strawberry shortcake.
Oh. My. God.
Every bite was pure magic—soft, rich, creamy, dreamy. It had me sitting in the car saying “Thank you, Jesus” with my eyes closed. That dessert alone made me a believer.
We originally had plans to go to Harry & Izzy’s for Mother’s Day dinner…
Plans changed.
LongHorn earned that spot.

“We usually frequent a different location, but recently visited your Carmel location and found it to be a great experience. From calling in via phone Gretta was fantastic, warm, and friendly (which seems to be a list skill set for many)Then our server Emily did a wonderful job of taking our order and servicing us. My ribs were dry, but everything else was great.“

“We came for lunch. The Steak salad is great. Business lunch steak had good flavor, but was 1/4” thick. Really? Manager is friendly and professional, but I imagine corporate is pushing changes that customers see as a negative. The market for steakhouses in Indy is very competitive. Be careful Sullivans.“

“Exceptional Service from Ocean at Outback!
I had the absolute pleasure of being served by Ocean at Outback, and I can confidently say he made our dining experience unforgettable. From the moment we sat down, he was warm, inviting, and made us feel right at home—almost as if we were having dinner in our own kitchen!
Not only was he attentive and kind, but he also brought a great sense of humor to the table, making the meal even more enjoyable. Even during a busy afternoon, he never made us feel rushed, gave us plenty of time to decide on our orders, and checked in on us regularly without being overbearing. What stood out the most was his consistency—he treated every table with the same level of respect and care, which is a rare find in the service industry.
It’s not often you come across a server who truly deserves a generous tip, but Ocean more than earned his 20%—and then some! I’ll absolutely be back, and I highly encourage anyone dining at Outback to ask for him. You won’t be disappointed!“
