“Service was amazing. Our waiter was an amazing person. My party went with the veggie plates, the steak, spin dip, salmon and shrimp. All were decent, the Mac and cheese was not great and the garden salad was not crisp but everything else was good. Rolls were hot and great start to the night.“

“We had a party of 10 for a birthday celebration for our 19 year old grandson and granddaughter. First of all, it was raining and we were pleasantly surprised they had complimentary valet service. The restaurant decor was beautiful and it added to the celebration. The choices of sides to go with the steak we ordered were very good and serving a complimentary salad with the steak was appreciated. Our server Matthew and the assistant Michele were exceptional and made the celebration very special. We will go here again.“

We brought our 6 yo daughter and they did a wonderful job by keeping her happy throughout to prevent any unhappy child moments. “Damn!!! It's been 10 years since my husband and I dined at Harry & Izzy's. For our anniversary we thought it was high-time to return and boy did they shown out! Sherry, our waitress, deserves 10s across the board. She made sure were informed of our options, fed well, and served as much water as we wanted (sorry we drank so much). The shrimp cocktail was the perfect starter/palette cleanser🥵. Followed by the warming French onion soup 🙌🏽. Then our entrée of New York strip w/ a healthy portion of loaded potatoes. For most that would have been enough, but we had to stuff ourselves beyond capacity with the famous bread pudding. It's exactly what we needed on a cold night in Indianapolism“

I had the absolute pleasure of being served by Ocean at Outback, and I can confidently say he made our dining experience unforgettable. From the moment we sat down, he was warm, inviting, and made us feel right at home—almost as if we were having dinner in our own kitchen!

Not only was he attentive and kind, but he also brought a great sense of humor to the table, making the meal even more enjoyable. Even during a busy afternoon, he never made us feel rushed, gave us plenty of time to decide on our orders, and checked in on us regularly without being overbearing. What stood out the most was his consistency—he treated every table with the same level of respect and care, which is a rare find in the service industry.

It’s not often you come across a server who truly deserves a generous tip, but Ocean more than earned his 20%—and then some! I’ll absolutely be back, and I highly encourage anyone dining at Outback to ask for him. You won’t be disappointed!“
