BEWARE!!!!
This location is a Rip Off. I ordered online a Footlong and get one for $1 and they “claimed” they didn’t receive the order. Yet the $14.16 was pending in my acct. They wouldn’t NOT honor the pending charge but instead said I had to place a new order and then would be charged full price. The other pending charges would be dropped. Bullshit!!!! They are scammers and will never go to that location again.

Canceled my online order within minutes of placing it. Apparently, they don't want to honor orders within a hour of closing.
I would give zero stars if I could. I placed an order in the app with the store for Saturday. The app and website said they opened at 8:00AM.
I got an email saying it would be ready at 8:30AM. My intent was to pick it up on my way to my location and have the sandwich for lunch.
When I got to the store at roughly 8:45AM the door was locked, lights were out, open sign was off. I called the store and no one answered.
When I was able to call back and get an answer they told me they had records that the store was open at 8AM and that I didn’t come get the sandwich.
The person on the phone said they spoke with their manager and were told no to a refund. When I asked to speak with the manager they refused citing they were busy.

The sandwiches are typically consistent and good here. The soda from the fountain is actually great. I order through the app and the food is always ready when I get there. Unfortunately, the app has some hiccups and for several orders I have not been able to receive my rewards points.

I’ve been coming here my whole life. My favorite is the tuna. My order is always made exactly how I want in person or ordered online. Fast preparation and kind staff.

We will feel every single time we come here our tuna is scimmpy.Plus when we get another sub the same go to other subways.its not like that hmmmmm.

One because when I ordered my sandwich, wish I look inside of me find a dead cockroach so I asked for a refund and they said they gonna give my money back after like nine minutes it closed. I need to get my??
