My children were in this store this afternoon and when they got home they told me about the bad experience they had at this place, the mistreatment by a woman who served them at the counter. She had a bad attitude towards my children from the moment they began to place their order. I don't know if this has happened to anyone else in this store, but I think they should be made aware that this is not right. I have been working with customers for over 15 years and I have never had any problems with anyone. I think there are people who should not work serving customers and this is one of those cases.

If you order online from this location, be sure to check your order BEFORE leaving the store. My order included a bottled soda, which is an upcharge of 50 cents. Employee argued with my husband that it was the fountain drink. Whatever, ok I'll deal with that.
But when I opened my BLT with all the letters, mayo and double bacon, all I found was toasted bread with 4 pieces of bacon. Completely wrong, head to the store to get a refund.
Hours are until 930pm, got there 915pm - closed. Went to the window and honked to get her attention. When she finally came over, I got attitude and an eye roll. The gentlemen seemed nicer but must not have understood the word "refund". They remade the sandwich after I told both of them I didn't want it, I just wanted my money back. After saying it again, I finally got some money back but not for the whole amount.
If you choose to go there, just be prepared. I will never return to this location - this was the final mistake they made for me as a customer.

Beware of ordering online! It’s not just this store that has issues but subways online system as a whole. However this is the store I dealt with and the one that ultimately took my money. Placed an online order—online tracking says it’s done and I go in and they say they don’t have any online orders despite me being charged. I found a “cancelled order” email in my my junk mail, the charge was pending so they told me it should just be credited back. It wasn’t. Now I had to file a dispute with my card company. I didn’t end up ordering in store because I wanted the online deal being offered. Very annoyed and will no longer be using the online ordering and probably won’t be back to subway as it all seems sketch to just steal money from people like that. You also can’t cancel the order online so I wonder if it was the store after they saw I was using a bogo half off deal. It’s happened a lot at many subways from what I’ve read online.

There usually isn't any issue with this Subway when we decide to stop by but, wow. Tonight was just... BAD.
I had to keep repeating the pickup name until he got mad at me. After that he proceeded to throw the napkins and chips into the bag. We got home and the sandwiches looked like he didn't care to be there. Hardly any meat, cheese on only have of a sub.. oh and we ordered BOTTLED drinks. But he insisted on small cups. Yet we were charged for bottles. I can't. ?? Won't be going back again. ✌️

Have not had Subway in a while, because the kids usually want burgers, but I was craving veggies. Was glad for going to Subway. Sandwiches were great. The service was awesome.

Will not go back here. Attempted to order just a sub, although the person making it was unhappy when I asked to add more of something on it. I go to pay and find out instead of just a sub like I wanted, instead got charged up for a meal to include a drink and cookies which I was not wanting. Is this a normal thing here? Trying to sell more than is ordered? Does that make them more money? In my case it makes me just not want to ever come back.

What a change from prior years. This place has really improved with Great seating and bright atmosphere. The Food is prepared by the super friendly staff who really engage with the customers.
