I generally don't like to leave poor reviews but this was a pretty disappointing visit. When I saw there was a common theme (other reviews) I wish I had read reviews prior to coming. I hadn't had anything to eat pretty much all day. So, when I arrived at about 1:30pm I likely would have been happy with sugar-dipped cardboard. I ordered the crunchy cantina chicken taco meal. Not only were my taco shells stale, so were the chips. Essentially my whole meal was stale. I guess next time I'll go across the street for some Jesus chicken! I would NOT recommend eating at this taco bell!

The food is trash, overspiced, and saggy nacho fries. I still fill the taste of the condiments a couple of hours later as i am writing this review. Two out of 3 nacho cheese containers were spilled all over the burittos, which were the worst ones i have eaten from any tacobell ever. It will ruin your day if you get food from here....

I applied for the late night crew member position and was scheduled an interview on 02/03/2025 for noon. I got there early at 11:15. I checked in with a lady at 11:30. After asking my name and verifying my scheduled interview, she came back to me and said here is a cup. Have something to drink. The manager went to make a run but she will be back shortly to conduct your interview. I said no problem and thank you. I grabbed some water and sat in the booth in the back by the window. Over an hour passed and I still hadn't been interviewed. I went to the counter and spoke with a man wearing a head set and asked him what time will the manager be able to interview me. He said o she doesn't do interviews between 10 and 2. I explained that I have an email confirmation, text messages, and I already checked in with his peer confirming the interview. He said yeah no she doesn't do interviews during this time. She's on the line and busy but I'll check with her still. He then screams to the back and says hey do you have a 12 o clock interview? She says I'm not doing any interviews now. I start my interviews at 2 today and I'm already booked up for the day. No apologies for the miscommunication no rescheduling no nothing. I just wasted about a hour in a half of my time being ignored.

Didn't have nachos fries or apple empanadas. Barely got any nachos cheese didn't get avocado salsa packet, and didn't get a burrito. Got ripped off!!! Owe me like $4

They gave me an extra cinnamon bite and were actually open unlike the Steak and Shake down the road that lied about being open and took my money for a mobile order.
On the rare occasion I came here. It's always the worst of the worst. I love taco bell and would gladly give them my money. Just a simple order of regular soft shell tacos, with no lettuce. Yet, they still somehow manage to screw it up. Sure they don't give you the wrong food but it's simply worse then that. COLD!! Ice cold, like they just thawed out everything from the freezer. Didn't even bother to heat it before serving it to the customers. The soft shells are even worse, as if they'll crumble to dust and blow away in the wind if you touch them. Because they are just that old and stale.
My recommendation. Just go somewhere else. It's not worth your time and money to come here and pay over 10$ for something that's inedible.

went in for lunch at 12:05 had to order from the computer no one would come to counter, ordered a large drink with meal, waited 20 minutes for food & not given a cup, asked for my cup they gave me a medium, I said OH I ordered a large, response was we do not have any, I said then I want the difference in price given back, worker got loud I yelled back and he threw 2 cups at me, and we went back and forth and the General Manger sat there with his head down! Called Corporate - quesadilla was aweful paid over 5 bucks and 2 slices of it had NOTHING in it!
STAY AWAY from this location, everyone was waiting over 20 minutes for their food!

This is the best Tacobell in the area. The one on bent grass and allisonville have gone down hill badly. Management at those locations don't care but I've never had a problem at this location. My new go to when I want tbell.
Bathroom wear nastey poop on the bathroom floor and emplyee using their hands with out glove call board of health got pictures we just walk out look at the review new crew new mg same stuff wow you can fire some one for a she said he said but y had and asst mg change workrelease emplyee hours so they wouldnt get in trouble but some that be gone on med leave and newmg wasnt even around still fired people are right that stores is the worst hell drove by other night and you had 2 mg set in dinning room kicked back taking away drive thru backed up that way we set in drive thru or in front because mg not doing anything and y have a team leader that come in when he wants for months and that ok too them they wonder way they cant pass their corers so sad 32 tacobell is at less better and fires the good hard reliable but keep the trash emplee and wonder way they cant keep any bodey because they treat people with no respect or no how to run a store and so desprety for help hell they hiire homeless people and make them mg wow

These clowns and their owners like to leave their Door Dash ordering open even though they are out of pretty much everything to make half of what's on their menu. If you're sober enough don't bother Door Dashing from this location, just drive to the Taco Bell at Hamilton Town Center, it's a better location.

Placed an order on the kiosk at 12:50pm, sat down, were being stared at for atleast 20 minutes, and I finally went up to point out we ordered almost a half hour ago. The lady had an attitude that the order wasn't on the screen. Showed the virtual receipt and they got it ready within a few minutes.
