Never have I had such a hellish experience in my entire life. Every employee here should get a warning except for the lady running the drive through. We literally ordered 2 veggie bowls, 4 cheesy bean and rice burritos, 2 nacho tacos, and mild sauce, and we got 0 sauce, 2 burritos, 2 tacos, and one singular bowl. On top of that there was no beans, no rice, and onions in the tacos. In what planet is this acceptable behavior from Taco Bell and you are a stain and tarnish for the Taco Bell name. I am never returning and maybe I might even never go to Taco Bell again. That’s a lie, I love Baja blast too much.

By far the worst restaurant to order door dash from they take for ever to make food they are rude to the dashers. If you do get food its often wrong and missing items. As someone who orders out a lot i will not order here again whoever runs this store need to get it together.

I don’t really understand how the owner gets away with running a company like this. This has to be the worst ran restaurant/fast food place in Noblesville. I don’t think there is any management that works there. They just hire kids who take 30 min to make a soft taco wrong. Taco Bell should do an investigation on this location as it makes no sense how consistently bad it is.

Everytime have to come here, we end up waiting over 30 to 45 minutes for pick up order with some having been ordered 10 minutes before getting to the store for pick up. I understand there are hard days and times and getting behind, but EVERY TIME? Orders have several times been wrong or had missing items also. Does not matter what time of day come either. Many others that are waiting for their pick up orders have said the same. Taco Bell PLEASE HELP THIS LOCATION, they really need it!

Terrible is the only way to describe it. Even when they are staffed it takes 30 minutes to get food, inside or drivethru. Usually cold, poorly put together, and usually out of something. Oh, and the music is always blasting inside.

SLOWEST drive through line I’ve ever been in. Only two cars in front of me and I’ve been waiting for over 20 minutes. It took 8 minutes for them to say something on the speaker…. The outside of the restaurant is dirty and not kept up. Definitely a waste of time.
I'ma be honest today was the worst experience I have ever had ! People waiting around forever and these poor girls in here said they out of all kinds of stuff 🤦🏼♂️ I just feel bad for them. Whoever is in charge of this store definitely needs to find something else to do. If you can't service your customers just be honest about it. Not to mention the prices are already through the roof ! Y'all definitely deserve better management 😞

This has to be the worst run Taco Bell I’ve ever been too! Waited 30 minutes in a drive though and when I got to the front 2 people looked at me in the car and waited 5 minutes to say anything. There was an additional 3ish people standing around and there was no line in the store! Not sure how a place of business could be so incompetent but hey it’s a Taco Bell I guess I shouldn’t be surprised.

Sat in the drive thru line for 30 plus minutes. Finally get up to the window to sit there for another 5 plus minutes, not greeted, nothing. I see 6 people standing around. Then a girl finally comes over and says have you paid, we said no and they said wells it’s 9.81. She was rude, no one is working, the service was god awful. I wouldn’t ever recommend this location to anyone. And on top of it all we paid and the food was sitting next to the window the entire time. This location is a joke.

Waited for 45 minutes for an order I placed online. I was the only person in the building. I was sitting in plain view and when the brought my order out they said they couldn’t find me. :l when I checked the items in my bag there were 4 things missing. When I got home my food was soggy and cold. I wish I could say this was a one and only experience at this TB location, but that’s my fault for giving it another chance.

Ordered on date of November 6, approximately around 2:30 PM. First cashier answered another customer, then straight up ignored me and turned and walked away. Second cashier was deliberately disrespectful along with rude hand gestures while talking with me. ALL I ASKED FOR WAS MY DRINK, that I PAID for. To top it off food was not good, not fresh. Old, nasty, almost room temperature burrito… This is little a subjective but they have an annoying choice of music to play in the lobby. If you’ve read this review this is YOUR warning before you purchase anything from this establishment.
