I’ve received poor quality food at the Noblesville location on more than one occasion. Recently I ordered ten White Castle sandwiches. As I tried to take the first few out of the sack each had very large amount of onion on them and in their containers. That required my having to carefully scrap the excess off to keep from having a big mess. In addition to that, they were wet, mushy and unpleasant to eat. I won’t be returning to this site. I have the impression the excessive onion was added in the boxes intentionally as a joke or something.

I made a disappointment about this place is that I explained that my wife is dreadfully allergic to dairy products order. Her food should not be contaminated and not to have cheese on it. Get the food back after waiting additional time because my order was large only to find out there's cheese on her food go back in. They have to recook all the food that has cheese on it that's been contaminated which at this point my large order has gotten cold because I'm waiting for them to correct the order that I had made for my wife was emergency dairy

This place is always great, the only bad thing is ordering at the drive up and having to wait 30 seconds for a real person to come on and take the order instead of their order bot.

We ordered around 30 cheese sandwiches with extra pickles because we had 9 people to feed one was a hungry teenage boy we also ordered a fish sandwich and drinks and a few other things. First issue they didn't give us the right amount of cups so we had to ask for more OK I can kinda get that. Next issue was their drink machine was completely out of coke which is odd because that's a big thing to be out of also they showed blue powerade on the screen but you click on it and there's no blue. Ok whatever. Next issue we asked for extra pickles on our sandwiches and I open them to each one only having 1 on each. How is that extra. Lastly and to me the biggest one the water in the restroom was only hot and it was extremely hot. My daughter couldn't stick her hands under in without saying it was burning her. So I had my husband take her to the men's. It was a little better but she had to go fast or it would burn her hands. That was the most frustrating part. Because is it legal to have it that hot????

Pulled in about 3:30 in the afternoon. The lobby was already closed, but there were vehicles in the drive through. I took my place in the drive through. Right about that time an employee came out and said they were closing the store. Also., that they would not be serving anyone already in line.
WOW the slider menu has gotten elaborate since the last time I've been to a White Castle. I am. Impressed.

I love White Castle. But the service isn't always great. When you're out of town and using the drive thru you would think people could get the order correct. Instead you drive away thinking you have everything your ordered because they gave you three bags only to find that you're missing your fries. 😞 Very disappointed
