All fast foods don't give enough onions, lettuce or tomatoes..got to save the almighty dollar but want you to pay more..NOT NO MORE?

Went through drive through and ordered on App. Wanted only 1 bacon melt which is supposed to have melted cheese, caramelized onion, bacon, and sauce. Somehow got charged for 2, and both sandwiches were horrible. They were very cold. Cheese was not melted, and the Bacon tasted like it came right out of the fridge. They did not have the caramelized onions or the sauce on it as advertised. Very disappointed wasting good money on garbage. It was done too fast They gave me burgers that should have been thrown out! Night crew has given me bad food here previously.

Despite the horrible reviews, we were pleasantly surprised by the friendly staff and clean restaurant. Our food was fresh, fast and tasty.

Cashier was at front counter handling money, and then walking over to make food without washing her hands, or wearing gloves in the same transaction. ?
Did not give us fries we paid for and completely messed up the whopper we had made special. Now mistakes happen, but my major problem is they will not answer the phone so I can get credited.

ALWAYS CHECK YOUR BAGS BEFORE PULLING AWAY! They always mess up our order. Its hit or miss on whether the food is good or not. Wait times are really long. And it doesn't matter if you go inside or wait in the drive thru. But when the corporation pays minimum wage, well, you get what you pay for...maybe Burger King could come off of its millions and start paying these people and maybe just maybe service would be better. Burger King corp sucks!

The soda machine was out of root beer, Dr. Pepper, and Sprite. And of all the people wandering around behind the counter only ONE PERSON talked to customers. The tables were dirty, the garbage was full and no one wanted to do anything.
