They catered a wedding with a perfect dinner menu, personalized grazing table, and hot, delicious food. The portions were plenty, with just enough leftovers. RJ and Heather were efficient with setup and takedown, ensuring a seamless experience. The beef brisket and bourbon fried apples were standout dishes, but everything was amazing.
