So let me start off by saying when I first met RJ and was looking for someone to cater my wedding, I did not realize that I was going to get to know him and his family on a personal level. We went over a menu and had our tasting and everyone was so in love. I changed my menu and number so many times that I probably drove him nuts! lol but RJ always rolled with the punches and my crazy ideas.
So, day of my wedding we had a 6 foot charcuterie board with dips and when I say people ate this up like everything. From the garnish to the last drop of the dip🤣🤣
Now the main course, we had pulled pork, smoked brisket, loaded mash potatoes, mac and cheese with bacon, green beans with bacon, salad and rolls. And let me tell you what people STILL talk about how amazing the food is. I 100 percent would recommend them a even cater small events.
side note, we also catered through them for my bridal shower and we got Italian beef, and let me tell you I am a good cook but his Italian beef put me to shame🤣
Rj does an amazing job and he truly makes you feel like family. His cooking is straight family style, the comfort and flavor.
Needless to say, you will not be disappointed with Maggie Lu's.

Maggie Lu’s Market catered our wedding and we couldn’t have been more pleased with the experience. RJ worked with me to create the perfect dinner menu that fit our budget and personalized a grazing/charcuterie board table for cocktail hour. The grazing table was a huge hit and beautifully displayed. The food was hot and DELICIOUS! The portions were plenty, we were lucky to have enough (not way too much) left overs for the next day! Heather and RJ were present throughout the day with set up and take down. They were fast and efficient with everything. The beef brisket and bourbon fried apples were personally my favorite (I was so excited for those the day we picked the menu) but everything was AMAZING! Definitely recommend them for any catering event.
