I have a gift card but I am unable to use it because the employees claim that their register is broken. However, their register has been "broken" for the entire semester so I am forced to use my own money through Grubhub.On top of this, there is one female worker with purple hair (picture posted below) who is constantly showing bad attitude and talking bad about customers as she is working.I have asked for a cash refund as well, but they say this is not possible.Please confront them and ask if their register is truly broken or if they are just claiming it is broken for their own convenience. I am tired of using my own money when I have a gift card. I am just stuck with money that I now want to use at a different coffee shop.

They've closed up the register for weeks now and said that they don't take Starbucks gift cards because "they get too many orders" - what?Out of all university Starbucks locations I've been to, this isn't even the busiest by a wide margin nor does it make sense not to accept their OWN giftcards.
