To be honest, my first impression of this pizza shop was that the pizza I got was great, both in terms of cooking and the color of the pizza👍
House made dough and hand tossed, great food all around.
I ordered a pizza from Monroes this evening. went to pick up my pizza, they told me I didn't order a pizza, my phone number was in the computer. She said you must have ordered from somewhere else. I told her I ordered from Monroes. She said maybe another Monroes? I said there's only 1 Monroes pizza in Oakland. She said sorry you didn't order from us! So I hit redial on my phone, she answered!!! really...I don't live in town. I'm still upset about this! very unprofessional!!!
