This place is horrible to eat and work at. The owner Gary will not handle any problems face to face. Instead he wants to hide in his office and let his bartenders deal with issues. He won't pay his employees unless you have him cornered. As far as I know the kitchen is closed more than likely due to expired/ spoiled and moldy food. I also know for a fact that Labor day weekend Gary smoked spoiled ribs and served them for 2 weeks. I could go on and on about this crappy place but I won't. Basically what I'm saying issave your money and go somewhere else.

I know it is under new ownership but we were there Friday night service was not good ,I ordered a shrimp basket and the shrimp were still raw the owner did take it off the bill but the waitress never once came over and asked us if we needed anything. I sure hope they get the kinks worked out because we like eating here!!!

We had their fried pollock and it was great. Good fish and fries. Friendly and fast service. It’s your topical bar, no bells or whistles but if you want good food at a very good price, I would recommend trying it out. We will be back!!

Avian (our server) was right on drinks, meal, everything. Unless you're feeding a family of 4, might want to get the 1/2 sub. Fresh bread, fresh ingredients, freaking amazing!

Terrible service. Very few people and still waited 20min to be waited on. The staff were constantly arguing at each other. We had to get our own napkins/silverware and take out container. Several people walked out before ordering. We should have done the same. Menu states two refills only but we were charge for each refill.

Sandwiches are the BEST! I recommend visiting Gary and his team in Orland to ask my Family, Friends, and Fans.
Ordered 2 pizzas and breadsticks for a carry-out order. Made the mistake of not checking them before we got home. Opened the box and they were burnt to a crisp. Almost like they were forgotten and left in too long. The cheese was black and it was for a kids party so they wouldn’t touch it. $50 total for our order so I expect quality if I am paying $20+ for a pizza. Called and they apologized and promised a refund. Well 2 months later still no refund. I have called no less than a dozen times and each time someone takes down my information and promises a call from the owner, stating he is the only one who can issue a refund. Realized he was actually never going to call me so I started asking when he would be in (I live 2 hours away or would have just gone in person). Every time I call “oh, you JUST missed him” or they give me a different time to call back. This used to be the place we ordered pizza from when we were at the lake, but we will never be back. Find anywhere else to spend your money.

Gotta try there Hazels Own or Big Italy Subs!! Been scarfing them for years! You'll never lookmat subway right again! Huge! Great mix of flavors, and so frickin tasty!
We had noticed they always had a full parking area, and decided to checkout. The brisket was on point, my husband was very with the tenderloin. Their fries were so good. Definitely will be going back, did I mention the brisket. ?
