“My review is based on the restaurant aspect of Mr. G's. Excellent fried chicken. Cooked fresh so expect it to take a good 30 minutes like fresh chicken takes. Comes with a very good salad and choice of side. I get the baked potato. Also comes with bread. Other food good too, but I get the fried chicken 90% of the time. Never an issue with service.“

“We found this place by chance while in the area...It's very nice with the outdoor area also being available...the owner was very personable and also made our food...we had the Patty melt and the 12 wings sause on the side which was delicious (try the garlic aioli)...I really liked the fries...I definitely plan on returning to this location...the atmosphere was welcoming, there was a pool table, darts, axe game (fascinating) and some type of golf game...the locals were very friendly... thanks for the laughs...“

Small place with indoor and outdoor seating. The staff were pretty friendly and attentive. Typical variety of off the shelf cold snacks but they also offered some of thier own speciality drinks.

Typically type of menu items for this type of establishment but let me tell you... the cook know how to properly cook a flavorful smash burger. I was so impressed that I went back 2 more times during my stay in Elkhart.

If you want a fantastic smash burger without all the franchise noise and distractions... Flipping Cow is your place to go... just don't tell all of your friends... I still want to be able to get a seat when I stop by there next time.“

“We have visited before and knew we would have to wait on a football weekend. We got seated very promptly at a high top in the bar(we like)! The waitress was sweet and delivered good service. The guys had bison meatloaf and it was very salty. (previously it was really good, so my husband recommended it this visit). I had the fish special and it was cooked perfectly. Other dish was a pasta dish and she loved it. Good flavor. We had a very nice time. Food and service very good and we did not have high expectations being it was ND football weekend. Only reason for 1 rating down was the disappointing meatloaf. So more like 4 1/2 stars!“

“Hotel bar as you would expect. Not a lot of food except for breakfast is in the morning. The bartender staff was great and friendly. People that hang out here generally come back from games etc and kind of a good vibe. “Except from the bartenders being a little too rude for no reason sometimes, That Place Bar is a very beautiful environment. Just make sure you have your ID always even if you’re feeling like a regular, cause you might not know which side of bed the bartenders woke up from that day lol. Love the pool tournaments they host Fridays through Sundays, it’s always fun and entertaining. Not to mention the karaoke on Fridays too, overall you won’t be disappointed.“

I coordinated with the management early on to secure a date, and they were prompt and flexible in finding a time that worked best for us. “We went here last minute because the Wild crab on Ireland was only accepting cash. We are glad we discovered King Crab. They have the All you can eat menu and tgats what my husband and granddaughter ordered.
Granddaughter has all A's in her voluntary summer school college courses and she always picks a seafood boil for her reward. The husband and granddaughter both got the AYCE and they were very happy with their choice.
I am not big on seafood so i browsed the menu and was delighted to see they had egg fried rice. And it was delicious!
The service was excellent. The restaurant looked clean. Except for the womens bathroom. My husband said the mens was fine ... But his standards aren't as high as mine for a clean public restroom. lol
We will definitely be back. Unfortunately its pretty pricey, so we'll have to save our pennies for a few months.“
