Yes it is a hotel bar, but I just had the Sweet Soy Salmon with rice and grilled broccoli and thought I was at a 5-star restaurant! Everythjng was cooked perfectly with great portion sizes. I stay at IHG often for travel and all restaurants are not the same. This meal actually has me thinking about a return trip to Miskiwaka for dinner alone.
Stopped in for a couple cocktails and show in the ballroom.
Got the flat bread for a snack, pretty good.
