I love using this local delivery service to send meals to friends family, and church members during times of need. I've always had excellent service, they call me if they cannot find an address or a restaurant is out of something and needs to substitute, and when used for ourselves (rare treat) food is always hot, order correct and service polite! So much more comfortable with this professional local business than Uber eats, grub hub, door dash, etc.
after ordering two orders of half-pound ribs what's basically the price of of bill's bbq is $11.49 but dine in charges of $12.09 and charges of taxes and delivery plus tip for driver comes to $48. outrageous! I drove there myself and picked up my own food. dine in and delivery charges are outrageous. That's probably why because the driver owns a Lexus. probably has to pay that thing off
Great customer service! Ordered 2 gift cards over the phone; professional, friendly and polite! Definitely ordering more for gifts in the future!
