Went there for dinner tonight as a party of 5. They were busy but sat us in a booth right away. We sat at our table for 25 minutes and not one server acknowledged us or offered to take pur drink order. Not even as we were walking out without being served. Entrance smelled like sewage. This used to be my favorite location. We will not be back. I understand they were busy and maybe short-staffed, but all it would have taken was a simple we'll be with you as soon as we can.
Had the option to go anywhere for my birthday dinner and I chose wings as it’s my favorite restaurant but last night was such a disappointment. Ordered 15 wings- 5 wall, 5 Nashville hot, and 5 that new hot honey. My wings were basically dry and plain. Half order of fries were not only cold but the portion size was less than my children got in the kids meal. Terrible service last night. The party that was seated right before us ordered, got their food ate and left before we even received our food. Once we got our food it was wrong. Husbands grilled chicken sandwich was crispy and my crispy chicken wrap without bacon (bc I’m allergic to bacon) was grilled with bacon.
