Supposedly there is a customer service center that handles the store and there’s nobody at the store that ever answers their phone then calling for 1520 minutes and it’s literally been hung up on every single time. My order was never delivered correctly. I’ve all trying to do is get this rectified and justified, I’ve been supposedly transferred to supervisors multiple times. This is unacceptable.

I placed an online order for my wife to pick up a little after 7pm. When she arrived 30 minutes the store was closed, but I was charged for the pizza.They were supposed to be open until 10.The one in Anderson never gives us issues.

Food was 40 minutes late being delivered which got pushed to a Doordash driver which isn't the drivers fault....Then realized we didn't receive our 2 cheese sauces.....Done with this location....
Had an issue with my order but Damien fixed it immediately and was so kind and professional! Greatly appreciated :) will definitely continue ordering here at this location!

Ordered pizza tonight at 6:10, go to the store because the app said your order is ready, they tell me they lost the order they don’t have it, but the app with their location says it’s ready. So now they have to remake it which is fine. Get home both pizzas are wrong so I go back tell them they need to remake them so they remade 1 the other they heated up the missing toppings and put it in a bowl for me to add myself. Then drive all the way back home and realized they forgot the cheese sauce that is $3 for 2. (Should have looked before I left but I was so pissed didn’t think about it). So I am not going back for that. And no one even apologized for this happening so after having to go back twice and sit there an wait 2hrs and $40 later I am finally back home with a half a** pizza that I have to add my own toppings.

My app crashed twice while trying to order and that was frustrating, I was able to get it placed and when the delivery came I realized I accidentally hit hand tossed instead of thin. I called up to the store and told them it was my mistake and they were nice enough to re-make the pizza for me at no cost. It was so nice to see a franchise spot that still believes in good customer service. Thanks guys!

My experience has been thru DT only, but we order window pickup a few times a year and every time the pizza is hot and ready. As a mom, it’s hard to wrangle kids to get out and back in to pick up food and appreciate the window being there! Service is hit/miss as far as friendliness, but overall happy they’re an option!
I've come in here a couple times and it gets worse every time I come in. The waitress is terrible. The entire restaurant is not well kept and the food looks stale. Avoid this place until they can get new employees that actually care.

I took my 83 year old Mother for lunch. As we walked in the waitress asked what we wanted to drink. She told us to sit down and gave us our drinks. We chose the food bar. It was cold. All of it. A new pizza was brought out. It was colder, Inedible. We only ate a couple of bites. When we went to pay I told her it was terrible! Mom told her the same. She looked at the floor and said no charge. Pizza king from now on.

IT WAS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING I CANT EVEN TELL YOU HOW MUCH I LOVED THE STAFF TO BE HONEST I MIGHT BE GOING BACK AND THE GIRL NAMED ANGEL SHE WAS AN AMAZING
I can honestly say that they never do me wrong. They are always quick, my food is fresh and exactly what I asked for. They’re great, Ive came here at least once a week for the past almost two years and have not had a problem from this location.
With only one employee having to work not only the preparation aspect of the meal but also the window, and what assumedly was the front register as well, she was fantastic. The food was made to our requests, it was prepared timely, and she was extremely friendly.
