Was trying to order pizza on the app for dinner tonight but I guess we’ll have to go elsewhere. Cannot even get the app to work. We just keep getting errors that say “Product Variant currently is blacked out” no matter what you try to choose on the Big Dinner Box.
LeeAnne, was fantastic! Took our bunch of nieces and nephew for pizza after a pool day & she graciously gave us bottled pops after their machine was out of Diet Pepsi. Got our order quickly and was so kind! We will be back!!!

Pizza Hut offers good customer service, resolving issues quickly and professionally. The staff is accommodating and willing to remake orders at no extra cost if there are any problems. Orders are typically ready for pickup on time, and the convenient window pickup option is helpful for busy families. Customers have praised the food and service, noting that the staff goes above and beyond, such as waiting for late-night orders even when closing time has passed. Despite occasional app glitches, the staff remains friendly and helpful, making the dining experience positive and encouraging repeat visits.
