This store is by far the best anywhere in the indy area with quality and service. The customer service is above and beyond any other pizza place around. The food is consistently delicious. Papa Johns Pizza is a popular pizza spot that offers a variety of pizzas, including pan and hand-tossed options. Customers generally enjoy the food, with some highlighting the quality and quick service during low-peak hours. The medium pizza works is especially appreciated, with praise for its taste and prompt delivery, sometimes within about 10 minutes. Several reviews mention friendly staff, including a kind manager who goes out of his way to help families and keep children entertained while waiting.
However, experiences are not always perfect. One customer was disappointed with a pan pizza that was undercooked, with a crust that was not to their liking due to too much cheese and not enough sauce. Others have noted uneven topping distribution, with toppings concentrated in the center of the pizza. Service issues have also been reported; one customer experienced a missing delivery that did not arrive despite being marked as delivered, and delays occurred when trying to resolve the issue over the phone. Despite these problems, some staff members, like Logan, addressed concerns quickly and efficiently, providing refunds and assistance.
Overall, Papa Johns Pizza is appreciated for its good pizza and friendly service, especially during quieter times, making it a go-to place for many customers.
