Our organization has used the Papa John's in Pendleton for the last five years without any problems - until the last few months when we call to place our normal order and have been told we are not allowed to make our large order at 6pm. Both times the employee has been unnecessarily rude - so we've decided to take our business elsewhere.
Got a couple of small specialty pizzas and the parmesan bstx tonight. Delivery was quoted in online order as 26-36 min.
You guys did GREAT! Our order was on time, and the food looked and tasted delicious.

This store is by far the best anywhere in the indy area with quality and service. The customer service is above and beyond any other pizza place around. The food is consistently delicious. Its impressive how professional the staff and management is especially since they deliver to a gigantic area and still manage to get food to me in a reasonable time even during dinner rush.
