Whoever works at the Pendleton location at night like 10: 00pm and later .. always amazing!!! There is a huge difference between how my order is made from during the day to at night I get the same item but it's always made differently depending on what time of day I get it but lately whenever I go after 10:00 at night it's always made the best! So whatever team is working at this location at night 10:00 and later is definitely an A-Team ! Great job and appreciate you all thank...read full review
My order wasn't made correctly it was missing the add ons I paid for there was supposed to be sour cream and nacho cheese on the 3 mexi melts and sour cream on the chili cheese burrito. I was on my lunch break and couldn't go back I used the app to order so I figured I'd use the app for the complaint and 16 hours later I have on received one email saying their on it. I wouldn't have even complained if at least 2 of my items had I wanted

Taco Bell is known for its consistency and friendly late-night staff, serving quick meals without compromising quality. The cashier at the window refused to sell an extra sauce at the pick up window. However, Jordan P went over the order to ensure everything was correct and Jaden was phenomenal with his customer service, very kind and also funny. Despite some issues, the staff is described as doing their best, with some challenges arising from limited morning staffing.
