When I arrived at 3:45, there were 4 people waiting for online orders, my order was to be ready at 3:50 and I did not walk out with my food (1 sandwich and a small fry) until 4:11. Food was good though.
Went through drive a manager female do not know name was extremely rushing a rude during ordering . Stuck up about how many kids meals I ordered & definitely took way to long in drive threw before just leaving . I figured they were having a bad day an ordered through door dash my sauce for my Swiss sandwich was not closed all the way a poured into bag & I received literal 2 jalapeño bites . I didn’t wanna be mean but after reading reviews an so many same issues with the manager an orders something NEEDS TO CHANGE

Just had an altercation with the manager (Jasmine) where I almost had to call the police. They got my order wrong so I drove back up there and went into the lobby. I politely asked to please remake because they got the order wrong. Right off the bat she bucked up to me like a bully and was condescending and extremely disrespectful in her tone and body language. She smirked at me and said, "where is your receipt" and I said it was in the car, but I shouldn't need it..here are the sandwiches,,please correct your mistake". She snapped back at me and said, " you have to have a receipt"..I said..no I don't..Here are the sandwiches and the boy at the drive through just helped me and got the order wrong..again..please remake". I told her to stop talking condescending and disrespectful to me"..She then raised her voice and said, " I don't have to do a damn thing for you..get out of my store".. I said..give me a refund..in which she said..: give me your receipt. So I went to my car and got the receipt. She went around the corner and wouldn't help me..so she sent 2 boys to give me a refund that didn't know how to do it. That took another 15 minutes and she wouldn't help them either. Her name is Jasmine and she needs to be fired immediately. I cannot believe the way I was treated. I am a local here and I have never had any employee or specifically someone in a manager position at any time in my life, act this way. Two of the boys whispered to me that she does this often and is horrible. If she is having a type of mental breakdown, she needs to not be working and should get the help she needs and removed.. Thoroughly bizarre experience. I would like the owner of this location to contact me ASAP

I honestly don't know the female who took my order that day but she was so patient when I came into the store with my kids and asked another employee first about my order before just assuming the store at that item. I don't personally eat at Arby's but for the first time experiences it was 100/?

Service was the slowest I have ever had at any fast food restaurant. Definitely take the word fast out. Staff just seemed grumpy and unorganized. Counter staff was helping everywhere else other than the customers at the counter.Parking: Drive thru blocks the parking lot. Once there are 3 cars in the drive thru, no one can get in to the parking lot.

Beef and cheddar had no cheese sauce. The Buffalo chicken slider was old and dried out. Fries were good. I usually have a great experience at Arby's but not this time ?
We were the only customers at the counter. It took several minutes to get service. The meat was rubbery, l have never had bad food at Arby's until now! It really was awful. A customer who came in several minutes after we placed our order, ordered, and got his food first!

The one in Logansport stays open till like 3 in the morning or something it's convenient it's quick little more pricey than other fast food places but worth itParking: The one in Logansport has a gas station attached to it but there's always plenty of parking and its convenient
