“We live about 45 minutes away so this was not on our radar to eat here, but glad we did while passing though town. We both had the brisket special. Just Wow!!! They did NOT skimp on their brisket portions or their sides! The brisket is right up there with some of the best I've had. VERY tender, juicy and falls apart. It was not tough or dried out at all. All our sides were very good also! We'll definitely come this way again and stop here just for the food. We love finding new 'destination' places to eat. Job well done!”

“The only thing better than the food here would be the caliber of their entire staff. Starting with the manager and on down the line, these people are the absolute best. We ate here all three days we were biking in Peru and then came back on a trip to Michigan. We love this place and the people there make us want to return again and again. (Their green beans, salad dressing and cinnamon rolls are the best we have ever had!) This place will not disappoint. Can't wait to see them in their new location!”

“This place is owned by one of the nicest business owners you will ever meet. He will ask you if there is any pizza that you would like to see on the buffet and then make it during your visit. Food, atmosphere and price of buffet are great. My family eats there every Wednesday for dinner.

Parking: The parking lot is shared with a convenience store so during lunch and dinner rush on some days can be minimal.

Kid-friendliness: The staff are always good with the kids and making sure they have high chairs or booster seats if needed.”

“My family has eaten here before and it was good. We have not had bad service and the atmosphere is just fine. I thought a salad sounded good. I ordered The Big Chicken Salad...BIGISTAKE!! This was far the very worst salad I have eaten or at least tried to eat in a very long time! The chinchy amount of lettuce was old, it has tiny diced tomatoes on it when I asked for NO tomatoes, VERY minimal onion and shredded cheese and the MOST disgusting fake piece of chicken!! They did get the hard boiled eggs right. I'm not saying I won't go back but 100% will definitely never order this salad or any salad from there again! Very disappointed in the lack of quality salad that you should be getting for $13. Probably should have just went to the Wendy's next door for a salad...I bet I would have ate more of the Wendy's salad than I did of Wings pathetic overpriced Big Chicken Salad. Just save your money and don't make the mistake I made thinking I was going to get a great salad!”

“I was at Peru Pride and ordered food from here, they were taking the orders at the event and bringing the food over. I ordered the pulled pork loaded Sidewinder Fries. I thought $15 was a bit high but figured it was event pricing so no big deal. Nope when the food arrived I discovered there was enough food there for two meals so the pricing was more than fair especially considering it was at an event. It was so good and I was happy to have leftovers for supper that night. The person that took my order wasn't sure how to describe the Sidewinder Fries, I would describe them as a spiral potato wedge. I don't go out to eat often but if I am in Peru for something and want a good meal I know I will be coming here and I will also let my friends know how good it is. I know they also hold events there regularly so that could be the reason I will be in Peru. Looking forward to trying more of that menu. It is also really easy to get to, just a bit off US 31 at the airbase.”

“We stopped in for a late lunch. My wife and I shared the Mediterranean Pizza. We changed it a bit by adding chicken, removed the onions and replaced the garlic butter with marinara sauce. That pizza was amazing. The kids had their chicken strips, which were great, but as soon as they saw our pizza, they wanted some pizza too. Boy, it was good. My step-mother had the Italian sandwich. It was also great. Not only was the food so good, but the service was equally amazing. I will definitely bring my family here again each time we visit Peru. Thanks for the great experience!”

“This German bakery is simply the BEST little gem that you could ever hope to find. Folks travel from all over to sample Connie’s delicious German breads and treats. Not only will be be greeted with a beautiful smile when you enter, but the smells will also warm your heart and tastebuds before you ever take your first bite! 10/10 reccommend!!!”

Kreig is sure to greet you with a friendly smile and story and is guaranteed to serve you up the best darn coffees, teas, lattes and cappuccinos you could ever imagine. And don’t sleep on those delicious scones either!”

“EXCELLENT customer service!!! I can’t thank the staff enough! We were there for my daughter’s soccer pizza party, everyone had a great time. When the party ended we found ourselves the last to leave, I got my two little ones together and we headed to the car. After getting them buckled, we go to leave and my car wouldn’t start. My first thought was to grab my phone and see if I could reach out to a friend maybe to come help as we don’t have family locally, I grabbed my phone and it’s dead. At this point we’re stranded, last thing I wanted to do was bother the staff but I wasn’t sure what else to do. So we headed back inside and I asked if anyone would possibly be able to jump my vehicle. The staff went ABOVE & BEYOND! Everyone was so pleasant and happy to help! The girls offered my little ones a snack/drink, and let me charge my phone some, they even played with my little ones/helped keep an eye on them for me while I believe his name was Corey helped me get my car jumped and good to go. They even told me I could call the store if we found ourselves stranded on our way home. We made it safely, replacing that battery asap. I truly appreciate all of your kindness! We already knew the food was great but seriously some of the BEST customer service I’ve ever experienced! Thank you all!”

“Such an amazing place! Everyone is super friendly, prices are very reasonable and product is awesome! My son hurt his self really bad on the playground and Stacy in the apple barn was so sweet! She helped him get cleaned up and gave him a slushy to help calm him down… I live about an hour and a half away but definitely will return because of the great environment!”

“The coffee is great.. hot and not Luke warm, with no limits. Very casual atmosphere. They are flexible. I took a couple of keto bread slices with me in a zip lock, and they were fine with using my bread to make the sandwich with.”
